1. About Us

Redesign4Growth is operated by Diana Cherniavska, C.F. Meyer-Strasse 43, 4059 Basel, Switzerland ("we," "us"). We provide coaching and consulting services for short, medium, and long-term projects.

2. Scope of Services

We offer coaching, consulting, training, and related advisory services to individuals and organizations. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment terms for each engagement are set out in a separate Service Order signed by both parties. In case of conflict, the Service Order prevails over these Terms.

3. Formation of Contract

A binding agreement is formed only once a Service Order has been signed by both parties. These Terms apply in addition to, and as background to, every Service Order.

4. Communication

We aim to respond to client requests within seventy-two (72) hours.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate as reasonably required for the engagement, and use any materials or content we provide only for their intended purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all materials, methods, and content we create or provide. You may use them only for your own purposes as agreed in the Service Order, unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to foreseeable damage resulting from a negligent breach of a material contractual duty. Liability is not limited in cases of gross negligence, intent, death, or personal injury. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Swiss data protection law.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of the Service Order applies to that engagement.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Basel, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
