My story

I have worked in HR & Talent Development for over 20 years, supporting companies’ people operations, navigating my teams through transformations, teaching MBA programs, and guiding experienced professionals and executives worldwide through inevitable career and personal changes. I moved to Germany, then Switzerland. My clients changed roles, switched careers, and also moved to different countries, but we continue our cooperation because they like to stay out in the crowd and grow into the leaders they want to be. 

Most of my clients are future-oriented leaders and their teams who dare to lead with purpose and want to make a difference. They develop and deploy their leadership talents through strengths, relationship intelligence, and feedforward world-renowned methodologies.
