About Diana
For more than 20 years I’ve been helping organisations transform how they work with their people. My career has taken me from HR leadership in large corporates to teaching MBAs, working with start-ups, and now running my own consulting practice.
I focus on three things:
1. HR Strategy and Digital Transformations – guiding organisations through change, from digital HR systems to post-M&A integration and cultural alignment.
2. Executive & Team Coaching – supporting leaders to grow into their next role, strengthen relationships, and build teams that thrive under pressure.
3. Talent & Leadership Development – designing frameworks, programmes and strategies that create lasting pipelines of capable leaders.
Clients describe me as a sparring partner who brings clarity in complex situations, combines corporate know-how with start-up agility, and makes change practical rather than theoretical. Whether I’m advising a CxO team, building competency frameworks, or coaching first-time leaders, my goal is the same: to create workplaces people want to join and stay in.
